Fitness
Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act but a habit." The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. In order to achieve an extraordinary level of fitness we need to strive for extraordinary exercises, which challenges us to step out of our level of comfort. Champions are those who remain courageous in the presence of ridicule.
